remember it sticks out more when you're jacked up because the springs stretch out causing the wheel to be further from the car. like people said some negative camber might help.

what are the offsets of these wheels though? are they the right ones for the g?

 

I like the look of the stock rims, just not the width.

They're 33mm offset, and it's jacked up under the spring perch, so wouldn't that be the same weight as if it were sitting on the ground? I'd like to get a 285 tire on it to get a little more grip on the ground.

Seems like the consensus is that it should tuck in more with the tire on and it on the ground than it looks - does it matter that I've got the base model? I was reading through other threads, and this size doesn't look like it sticks out so much.

BTW, it can't be ghetto unless I go with 13" gold rims and wide whites

The rears rubbed a little on the attachment of the bumper mask to the quarter, but a little persuasion from a BFH fixed that.

Some of the wheel gap is from the angle of my driveway, but the front could use a little drop to get the gap down where the back is. Not sure yet if I'm ready to sacrifice the ride quality just yet.

drop it, your ride quality wont degrade.. with many lowering systems on the g's they're very comfortable imho, and if your ride quality is less, its not very noticeable, (unless your on H&R's or S-techs? Coupers wanna chime in?) Your camber will be negative automatically and your rear tire will tuck... and worse case senario you can roll that saddlebag of a fender

+1, w/ Eibachs it rides so close to stock you won't be able to tell any difference 90% of the time.

Not sure they qualify as Concave wheels though, think you need a more inward push for that..
