At least the fit is good. Drive around with the people in the trunk for a while and see if you rub. Hahahaha
I ran like that for about 20 miles to get to a car rental place to unload people and crap out of mine. Lol I wasn't about to drive 260 miles back with that kind of clearance. No rubbing though to the drop off point!

The look on people's faces when the wheel compresses and barely tucks within the fender is amazing, people literally cringe thinking the wheel will hit.

If the rim is barely tucking, just get a bit more of a stretch and ride like that daily. The stretch of a tire makes a huge difference whether or not the tire will rub. When you get to mm to clearance, it's a night and day difference. IMHO, the lower a car is, the closer the rim to the fender, the more appealing and like expressions you'll get...especially when ride height is static.
