Wheels Boutique of Miami wants $200 a rim for flat black?

...is this a bit much? What should it normally cost?

 

uh that's a bit much i would say... i hear people on the forums getting it done for $100 per rim...

 

I was quoted $440 and that included taking off tires then mounting and balancing when completed

yah thats a bit on the expensive side..i was quoted $85 per rim which included re-mounting and balancing of the tires

 

I paid $125/rim plus $12/rim to remount and balance. This also included a lifetime warranty.

 

That's a rip off dude. I'm in Miami and got my rims from my other car done at Armor Tech Powder Coating in pompano. It's a little bit of a drive but it was worth it. They charged me $80 per wheel, but u have to unmount and remount urself.

 

thats a joke. i paid $320 with tax here in jax for powdercoating. dismount and remount were about $120 for all 4 at discount tire.

 

Yeah do not pay more than $125 per wheel. Thats what I got and includes mount and balance. Another shop quoted me $75 per with n o mount or balance.

 

hey guyz wanna do this to my rims any clue where in nyc i could do it?. when to a few places but they want 150 for each rim w/o balance
