Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus and G37S 19"

Ok guys, I'm having a little issue with these tires/G37s combo.

First, I'd have to go to 245/40/19 (front) and 275/35/19 (rear)... and as a few people on this board have already said, these sizes will fit on the G37.
Second, checking the specs on our OEM rims, I see the rim width for the fronts are 8 1/2" and rears are 9".
Third, according to Michelin's website, the 245s require Rim Width Range between 8" - 9.5" and the 275s require Rim Width Range between 9" - 11".

Are the rears cutting it very close? I really dont want them popping off (sorry if it really sounds stupid/silly).

Any insights? Anyone have any input as far as how good these tires are? They have a 500 tread wear rating (hope they last more than the stocks)...
