19's or 20's?

Prolly 20's cause they are actually cheaper for the wheel and definitely for the tires. Only disadvantage is the performance aspect. 20 are heavier and take more power to turn them over.

I just got my RE30 limited edition wheels mounted on the car and it is a huge differerence in how fast the wheels pick up in comparison to the 3 piece 20" sevas I had on...
