Question Q: Maxima 19" Nismo rims fit?

OK ... I've got a question for you rim experts. Looking at a set of 19" Nismo rims that fit a '04-'08 Maxima. Dimensions: 19x8.5 with offset +35. Here is what they look like on a 350Z:

You think they would fit a G37S 6MT with the sport brakes? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd rather not use spacers unless absolutely necessary. I know I have 5mm spacers in my house from my old car.

they will fit. good offset. if they do not clear brakes, you can just put the 5mm on your car. really curious on how these will look on the car.

It seems like a "downgrade" from the stocks by not going staggered. Offset is good but not sure if it'll clear the brakes. Fixable with spacers.
