I've seen this on OEM Nissan wheels and always wondered what it meant. Who knows?

 

i think its the company who actually did the forging of the wheels

 

It's the Japanese automotive quality standard mark. The J stands for Japan and the I stands for Industrial, I forget what the L stands for. This is the Japanese equivalent of the German TUV standard.

P.S. The wheel manufacturer is Enkei and the wheels are cast, not forged.

 

what about G35 19's those are rays and have that stamp thing that says rays but what your saying makes sense
