Finding the right set of wheels for cheap...
Hello ALL,
I am looking for a nice set of rims to go with my G. Its IP, so (is there a such thing as IP rims?) I'm looking for matching set of wheels. I dont want to pay over $2.5. Nice set of four, 19"/20", staggered - Good brand (ie., Rays, Enkei is alright, Volk if in price range). If it comes a certain color, certainly it can be painted IP right? Anyone know the average price of this? and does anyone know a shop in Miami / Broward that does this?

New Volks in 20 look at about 3k without tires. 19 Could prob have them for a few hundred less. Work is a good brand that I priced out 20's for at around 2200 without tires.

Yeah too many other G's are rolling around on Volks they paid for to catch a sponsorship now. Your budget is too low for the quality your looking for. I'd have to agree with Max and say keep saving.
Sponsorship isn't just give me free stuff because i drive around a lot. You'll be required to have the vehicle at photoshoots and shows to display the companies products. You may own the car but your sponsor tells you where they want it. Trust me these companies aren't in it to give out free stuff, they'll earn their products cost in marketing.

I was in your same boat.
I looked everywhere for decently priced rims. Everytime I did reviews on the ones i liked I got nothing but horror storied about people cracking/bending them.
No matter how good the style is, you can always tell cheap rims from good rims. You have a nice car, save the cash and get something good. It'll make your car stand out and it wont make you look cheap.
