I don't think the problem can be solved through fear/intimidation.
IMO the problem is solved by making it desireable for the degenerate elements to improve their way of being.
Right now you can be a slacker/moocher/scumbag whatever you want to call it and still have 200 channels of cable TV, a cell phone, food on your table, shoes on your feet, clothes on your back.
People are/were motivated by striving to a quality of life standard in this country. In these times you receive that basic standard of living as a freebie. "Thanks for playing, here's guaranteed food on your table."
If that's enough for you, you are free to be a low-life loser of the variety that comes and steals wheels.
I think this problem is starting to work itself out as globalization of the world economy is gradually starting to create a more level playing field. IMO, We'll be meeting the third world countries where none of these things are guaranteed somewhere in the middle in the coming decades.

yup thats america for you. in other countries people cannot get enough food on the table for the family. we here are complaining about the little **** that does not mean crap, like "oh my cell phone is dead, the world is coming to an end.." god, its annoying to hearing idiots complaining about nothing. people here just take things for granted.. i even buy one for you to eat those annoying rats up.

no no, do not get me wrong. i did not mean you to stfu. i meant that keep on talking. it was one of the most educated and thoughtful post imo on this board i have reed.

O.K. here is the question that I need answered if someone can help.
Just got off the phone with the crime control in reference to my unfortunate crime.
The detective asked me if there is a serial number on the rims to prove that they are my rims. I have no idea. He said I need proof (if these are my rims, don't know yet) that these are mine. Any body with any kind of info on this matter. The cop said that this is considered grand larceny.

What about this?
Those wheels/tires have the TPMS sensor inside. I assume the TPMS sensor light is on in your car because the wheels are missing. Mount the wheels on your car, if the light goes out ... they're yours.
The TPMS sensors are coded to your car ... that should be enough evidence.
