i aint believin.
it's not the same car, even the color got darker and shinier, ( lives in a world with no sun)

I'm just thinking of not staggering the rims such that I can rotate them front <-> back. I don't really care about style points ... and in snowy conditions, I want a smaller contact patch to increase the weight-per-square-inch on the tires (ie better traction).

The guy is offering them to me for $700. I think that's a pretty good deal for Volks. Go to Tirerack and see how much 18" crappy alloy wheels are for the G37 ... I'd rather use Volks for $50/wheel more than no-name brand crap.

Thanks for the advice so far... looks like the thread is starting to get hijacked at the end ... LOL.

I'll have to buy 225/50/18 winter tires since those are the recommended size (ie same rolling circumference as the 19" summer tires).

I think that's a "fair" price for Volks for winter use.
