looking at buying track wheels

i have a friend that is selling his 07 350z wheels for $300, 2 with tires, 2 without. its a good deal but im not sure if they will fit. i read the thread 'widest rear tire' and it was said that the nismo rims should fit. so does that mean the stock z rims should fit also? im not concerned about looks. they will be strictly track/ drift wheels. i dont care if they stick out really far from the rear or any of that, as long as they dont rub too much. im also doing springs and would like to know if they would still fit while lowered. im prepared to do a camber setup and to roll the fenders.

thanx in return.

what are the specs on the wheels? if you do not care if they stick out, then get it. they probably will clear the brakes. how much drop are you looking for? if nothing crazy, then it would not rub.

not sure on the specs, about to look them up. looking at tein S-techs because thats what ive always used but they drop it pretty low. but if need be i will only put them on the front, i did that with an m3 i had because i put crazy wide rear tires and they rubbed with the springs on the rear, so i only dropped the front and it didnt look bad, and didnt handle any different. and isnt that what fastintentions has? or does he have coilovers but with the rear raised?

teins s-techs is going to be low, but i do not think its going to rub your tires or anything. if the tires are wide, then maybe.

5 x 4.50 or 5 x 114.3 is the bolt pattern and the offset is 30..... think they might fit? still not sure on the brand of springs. g35 springs also fit dont they? looking at tein, h&r, and eibach. all my friends recommend eibach. i will probably put slightly wider tires on the rear but i will see how they fit first. like i said, 2 with tires, 2 without. i think the tires are stock.
