I understand. You told me you were going to refund me months ago, you even asked for my paypal email address and I havent heard from you or seen any money yet. It takes 2 minutes to issue a refund, not 2-3 weeks.

You ordered a custom wheels, and we gone through alot to bring this set of custom wheels into the states for you. We even paid the high air freight cost to expedite the shipping.
Custom wheels are not refundable, I make you aware of this from the very beginning.
I also make you aware the fact that you requested "Burning Black", this is a two stage color and it required a long production time.
The wheels has been sitting in my warehouse for two months.
I offer you an exception to give you the refund after we sell the wheels, and we haven't been able to sell them since the wheel was custom make to the offset you want.
ANY WAY, YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN SENT. have a good day
