These custom 3 piece wheels are made to order and take anywhere from 4-6 weeks guaranteed. These wheels can be ordered in any size 18inch-26inch. Any offset, and width. The iSS Forged wheels all come with standard finishes at no additional charge. The finishes include Silver, Charcoal, Black, Chrome, GQ Gold, and Hand Brushed Aluminum. The wheel lip comes with chrome straight lips, or polished step lips. Any additional painting to the rim, spokes etc is an option at an extra fee.

Why Forging?
Inexpensive castings are made by pouring molten aluminum into a mold and have considerably less strength. Besides not having the specific strength of forged aluminum, castings often have defects in the forum of voids or porosity. Then main trait of castings are their low cost and ability to be produced in high volumes but at the expense and weight. In order to maximize the performance of the wheel ISS uses forgings instead of casting.
6061-T6 Aluminum:
An ISS Forged wheel begins as a high quality 6060-T6 aluminum billet log. The log is heated and placed into a precision die where it is forged to an engineers specification. The result of the forging process is aluminum to aerospace precision. The processed forging is then heat-treated to a T6 temper to achieve the perfect blend of strength and ductililty. It is these methods that make our quality second to none. ISS Forged quality products are forged, machined, finished, and assembled in the USA.
Testing:
Before manufacturing a wheel design, ISS Forged engineers perform various fatigue and stress tests to analyze the strength of our wheels. Each ISS forged wheel design is then independently tested to meet or exceed DOT, SAE, JWL, and TUV standards for strength and fatigue requirements. These measures ensure a top quality product for your saftey.
