VPP and Fees

I am back in the market again for a new vehicle and and I pretty set on a G37. My friend has offered me help with getting my VPP discount but I am really interested in finding out in advance what other types of fees are NOT included in the VPP price. Obviously state sales tax and title fees are not included but what else is going to be added on top of the VPP price?

My main goal is trying to know before going in what else to expect.

Thanks

You will be charged the Doc fee as well. It's non-negotiable with VPP.

When you say Doc Fee, are you referring to the fee for DMV title/registration doc fees or the fee most dealers try to charge for the business office people to actually file the DMV paperwork for you? I know where I live it is only a $20 fee if you are going to transfer your plates to the new car.

No, not the DMV title/registration fee. This is the fee that is typically $495.

Not true. It really varies by dealer.

Mine was only $150.

Correct. The amount of the fee may vary from dealer to dealer.

Dealers in GA charge $495.

Thanks for all the info. Purchased my new G37 this weekend and it helped to have an idea about it going in. Besides the overpriced wheel locks they tried to add, the doc fee was the only other extra item. I still was able to get most of it taken off though.

For the 2010 G37 Journey Sedan with Prem/Nav with splash guards, trunk mat, and illuminated kickplates the VPP price was around 35k before state taxes.
