Sounds good, Id be carefull with that 9500ix Ive had friends with that who still got hit with the radar and got fat tickets

 

Two camps on that, get a detector that would warn you but drive you nuts or get one that only alerts on real threats barring Instant on, POP and laser which are rare in my neck of the woods. Best protection is to just drive sub ticket speeds which is why the later option works best for me.

Thanks, one of these weekends we'll actually get good weather..sigh. I've been planing to get out to the Blue Ridge parkway mount it on the outside and run a mic inside to kill the wind noise and grab some footage. I wonder what putting the mic in the engine bay would sound like...lol.
