cool vids. wish i could have been there, i want to know what my car does as a 6MT.

on the other hand, did he really need to buckle up to drive it on the dyno, lolz.

 

Thanks Johnny. I guess it's just habit to buckle up LOL. Yeah it would be interesting to compare the MT VS AT stock setup (apart from the megan exhaust). The MT should dyno faster under the same or adjusted conditions.

 

How about the car? No straps to tie down with? I didn't see them in either vid...scary!

 

yeah.............so supposedly cars under 300WHP are not strapped down. Otherwise it was a safe day I've got vids in the other car section and the GT500 supersnake and Hennessey Ford GT 700 were strapped in.

 

there was one 240SX that was buckled down and still almost jumped the dyno so the had to put 3 guys in the trunk to keep it from launching lol

 

That's insane man...you guys are more brave than I! I have a buddy that has a shop and he will let me use his dyno at any time but he doesn't have the straps so I haven't taken the risk. He would have to close the doors so no cops come by and see him doing it because here, if you don't have it strapped down then the shop can get a tic.

after Sharif tuned my G I put up 285.4 WHP, I can't remember the exact WTQ but I think it was 263, I'll have to check my sheets

 

I thought hitting the brakes on the dyno was a big no no
