expected the gt-r to keep up better, but i guess it isnt meant to be a straight away car

The GT-R is the fastest in a straight line.

Dang, the GT2 didn't do as well as i wanted, Especially for just under 200k.

SO you spend like $90,000 on a GTR to have it get its *** handed to it by a corvette. makes me think twice, i would get a corvette then a gtr.

Well, the msrp for the GTR is around 70~80k, and the MSRP for the ZR1 is targeted at 103k. U can do alot to the GTR for 20k

GTR isn't around $70-$80K BTW... Cheapest I've seen them go for is $95K before tax/lic etc... I'd get the ZR1 HANDS DOWN.. Thing is a beast...

No real surprise there. GTR off the line because of AWD but nothing can compare to pure HP.
ZR1 is the best car on the road for the money.
