i know.. but why the heck is the 335i looked at as the favorite? that car looks tame and rides like a sedan IMO.. i enjoy the G suspension way more -not to mention i enjoy paying 6k less for a more stylish car that has everything you could ever want (except AWD and TT) but i have my fingers crossed.
thanks guys. i agree 100 percent.

they said that the interior quality and such is better than the G, not true. i had a new 2006 e90 330i with grey interior. i had to have both of the door panels replaced becase the cheap latex like paint that bmw uses on their door pulls, kick plates, and the piece that the window swtches are located on. it showed through black under grey.... not to mention i had it 16 months and it was towed 5 times and went back to the dealer 15 different times for various problems. i also had a 2004 M3 vert that i bought used with 20k miles, traded it for the G. it had black interior but when i got it i also noticed that the latex like paint was also peeling off of it on both door panels, kick plates and speaker covers. the only problem i have had with the G's interior is the most common problem in every infiniti.... the stretched leather imprint that you get on the seats after only a week. but that is the only problem and is not even really worth mentioning.
the only thing bmw has over infiniti is their warranty. im not sure about infiniti's warranty and have had no experience with it what so ever so i could be wrong... all i know is that my brake pads, all worn interior components (as mentioned above), suspension components such as the rear trailing arm bushings, all light bulbs, oil changes, and things such as the altenator were covered under warranty and i never paid a thing for any of it, even on the M wich was not even bought from the dealer i used and it only had a month of warranty left and they replaced all of my speakers for free because one tweeter was whistling and crackling.
-i just hope my brake pads and clutch are covered lmao

has anyone else noticed that the auto and 6MT cupholders are completely different? or am i just crazy? the 6MT has the exact copholders as the 350Z...wtf? i guess since its different trans it didnt fit the same
i dont think i will ever own another bmw, except maybe the new 4-door M3.... it would just be cool to get back into a car exactly like the one i had except with a 400hp V-8, huge brakes, 6MT, and a kick *** body kit... i miss my 330i actually, even though it did try to kill me numerous times...
heres a pic. ignore the garage, has been cleaned since.

notice he mentions the effortless shifting on the MT in the BMW...Hes probably talking about how the G has a heavier clutch...I hope G37 6MT drivers don't start walking and running funny when our left foot begins to get stronger than our right foot over time haha....
This review was pretty on the dot - I mean the Bimmer is faster and many enthusiasts are Bimmer fanboys - it's got stature. But hey it looks like any other 3-series. We have unique cars with a distinguished flavour and in the end of the day (particularly the night) - it's the taillights of a 335 that looks like a Civic in the distance - not the G37's....
