Fantastic!!

We'll we finally have our first performance numbers - 88 mph to just under 100 mph takes 2 seconds according to the timer at the bottom. Who needs a damn road test??!!

The sound as the car raced by the camera are fantastic. I hope it sounds good from low speeds as well. I'm so glad Infiniti put some effort into the sounds this car makes.

 

I hope the car mags have video road tests posted on the 25th.

I just posted this on the other thread - I was pathetic enough to use the video timer to do a mini road test. The part that shows the speedo - car goes from 88 to just under 100 in almost 2 seconds exactly.

I lookd at a road and track test of the G35 sedan, and it does 90-100 in 2.7 seconds - but the G35 shifts at around 95 mph. Th G37 goes to 99 in 3rd gear, so the video cut out right at the shift point. The 335 does 90-100 in 2.1 seconds according to Road and Track (3rd gear doens't end unitl 107).

Anyone notice that when they show the interior of the car, the compact flash card slot is now on the left side? and there is nothing on the right side. The sedan I believe has the compact flash on the right and some light on the left.

I take it back - looks like it doesn't have the compact flash.

OMG, that video is awesome, I am in love with this machine. This only makes the next 2 months for me, absolute and total torture.

 

I agree. InfinitiMichael said himself that one of Infiniti's goals was to make the exhaust sound imitate or sound better than the G35. To me it sounds really wonderful. Great job Infiniti! The G37 is looking better and better.

The sound of the fly-by at the end is absolutely orgasmic. It sounds like an exotic...and damn that color looks great.
