Seriously bad customer service from this guy. He doesn't keep his word about prices I got quoted here on the forums on H&R spacers which were directly from him. He denies the quotes even though I have the messages for proof. He then offered me Eibach, then when I am ready to pick it up, he tells me it's not in stock. And when he talks to you on the phone it sounds like he's half asleep and can't give two ***** about the customer. Also he doesn't even clean his phone inbox, so it was difficult trying to get a phone call through. On the last note, it takes forever to get a PM back. Seriously bad communication and service.

sorry to hear JEBPerformance is turing into that HPauto vendor we had on here a while back. They all start out with the best pricing beating all other legit vendors and slowly turn shady

It's 80/20. Many people have had good experiences but several have not. GL.

 

Funny .... Every time I called and spoke to them the guy that answers the phone always seemed like he was drunk .. Maybe he was sleeping .. Oh well ... Another one bites the dust ...
