Forgestar&B2Auto

Finally got my wheels after 2 months of waiting and they look amazing. However i did encounter some problems with Forgestar. Their customer service SUCKS. I have to call multiple times in order to get someone on the line and they would never return my calls even when told so.

During the two month proccess i had no idea about the status of my wheels. There were multiple times where they did not even know the status and location of my wheels. C'mon guys! You can do better. When i did recieve my wheels the other day, they did forget to include my valve stems and lug nuts.

The wheels are amazing and look stunning, but you guys need to improve your customer service drastically.

B2Auto did a great job with the entire transaction. Adrian and I were in constant contact whenever i had questions. I will be buying through B2Auto again

I thought Forgestar were cast wheels? Where are they made, in outer Mongolia? What was the reason given for why it took so long?

Thanks for the heads up. Now I know to never buy Forgestar unless the dealer has them in stock....since I'm not patient enough to wait that long.

Forgestar Wheels are custom made to order. They powder coat the wheels and create the wheels offset as requested. This is why you have to wait. I think they should be more realistic when quoting people wait times. When they say 4-6 weeks, it is usually more like 8-12 weeks. Obviously it is very worth the wait, but people get frustrated when they aren't explained the situation properly.

My understanding is that Forgestar is not as big of a company as people think. I think they have less than 10 people running the show, so although you get a quality product, you may have to wait to receive it.

yeah forgestar is great, i'm very pleased with my wheels, and are planning to order another set through B2autodesigns for my sedan! the wait was decent..nothing like the wait you could potentially get with other forged wheels...just make sure to order in advance...it'll be worth your while.

Many companies give wait times that are way too short in order to gain better interest. This isnt the only company that does this. Usually wait is 8-12 weeks or so. The main thing is that the quality is high and the offsets are custom. Although staying in contact with the consumer is a major part of a successful business.

I would appreciate it more if they told me actual estimates. My biggest annoyance was just the lack of communication.

Yea these wheels are actually rotary forged and not cast. Everything is custom including, size, offset, and colors.

Hello Guys,

Just to clear something up. Forgestar don't supply the lug nuts or valve stems. We supply these parts. We did ship the customer both items.

Also the wait time can be from 6 weeks to 12 weeks. It depends on there powder coater. Forgestar are working on a new tracking system where you can track the status of the order.

Thanks
Charles
