Event *ZdayZ May 17-20, 2012* ~ located in NORTH CAROLINA
haha... love the enthusiasm. This is about how I start feeling around... I dunno, August? lol
Just be sure to be careful with your new suspension toys. It's not so much the curves that get you, it's the other stuff like grass kicked up on a blind curve, gravel you didn't see, tires or brake fluid that got too hot on the last two turns, a bike that surprises you coming around hanging his helmet into your lane. I told someone earlier it's like playing Mario Kart. Watch out for the turtle shells and banana peels.
Looking forward to it guys!

We just cracked about 100 more pre-registrations then we've ever had before. And we have a month and a half to go!
I sense more stories that I'll never be able to tell my future children... or the police.... than ever before.
If you haven't registered, now is definitely the time.

*I cannot 100% verify the information above so I would suggest contacting either forged performance or the zdayz staff*

Even if you do not register, I highly recommend making an appearance and enjoying the show. The Forged Crew always makes it entertaining.
A couple years ago a Sheriff showed up about 5 minutes after a friend of mine in a SL55 rolled in. The Sheriff asked someone else "who drives the Benz?" and I looked at my friend and was like "dude, what did you DO on your way here???"
He said "nothing man, nothing! I swear!"
"Then why are the cops here asking for you??"
"I dunno, I didn't do anything"
"Well, if you didn't do anything, just go tell him it's yours"
"WHAT? You've lost your mother f%*($&ing mind. I'll be hiding on the other side of the hanger if you need me."
Turns out, the cop just wanted to sit where the Benz was parked and clock the cars on the runway out of sheer curiosity. My wife sat in the car with him for a bit to watch the radar and he said "I've never seen this many cars driving this fast all in one place, I had to check it out."
You know if the fuzz are impressed, it's worth showing up.
Just my $0.02

As for the ZDayZ registration fees, that helps us cover renting the main hall for several days, group dinners, chairs, tables, workers for serving, the use of the ball field etc. etc. etc. If you have ever been married, I'm sure you know what wedding reception fees are like just for a couple hours. Add in renting out the common areas for 4 days and 500+ crazed Z fans, and we're lucky they let us come back every year.

All in all, this year is shaping up to be beyond words.

^^Thanks Todd for the clarification. I wasn't looking to participate, but just come and watch. We'll be rolling in from MN early Thursday morning, so we'll see where it leads us.
heard a rumor from some inside sources that some fast *** cars are gonna be making an appearance to this years drag event.....faster than previous years to be more specific....perhaps some modded GTRs......
I will haul ASSE to get to this event on time.....I'd be really interested to do it and see how it happens. Do you guys have anything to test 0 to 60mph, 60 foot roll out or 1/4 mile times? I'm guessing helmets and stuff are required? Will roll cage be needed if we do hit 140+?
