Some additional info. Driver's meeting is at 3PM, so you want to arrive at 2:30 or so. On-Track time begins at 4PM.

You'll have plenty of newbie friends. Gamedog and UCLAbruin both have no track experience

So aside from taking my car & me (obviously), what other items or things do I need to take? Also, will we be on a different track or have instructors or what not? Sorry for so many questions, this will be my first time attempting this, if I sign up. Just want to be clear on all the details, thats all.

There will be lots of instructors available to help out those who are in the beginner groups. Typically, the first session of the day for beginners is a lead follow session to show everyone the driving line. Each of the sessions are followed up with download sessions where the instructors have a chance to talk to the group about what may have gone right or wrong during the session.

The groups are split up by skill level and each group runs about 20-30 minute sessions on track. Each run group should have about 4-5 total sessions of track time. If this is your first time on track ever and aren't comfortable in passing situations, don't try to sign up for the intermediate and advanced groups.

As for things you need to bring, the bare bones would be some extra oil, brake fluid, water to stay hydrated, and a Snell SA-2000 or better rated helmet.

As on the website, you'll want to get your car tech inspected to make sure that it is in good working condition (which it should be).

Other than that, just bring yourself and your car for your first time out.

I'd also recommend bringing plenty of water/drinks and some snacks/food, and maybe a spare quart of oil just in case.

Read through the FAQ on the website, and if you have any other questions, just ask
