Didnt feel like spending more for the ''S'' just to acquire a manual. I plan to keep the car for another 12-15 months, so I'll get over it. Don't get me wrong, its still a quick car, manual or auto. And Its still a blast out in the canyons.

 

yea of course... and yea if you dont plan to have it long i guess it makes sense... although resale would be better?

 

you see, I was thinking of getting stick as well, but is it really worth it when your in traffic for 2-3 hours everyday?

 

to me yea... the clutch is soft as hell and you just get used to it after a while... dont even think about driving any more

 

Thats really a BS excuse that everyone tends to use......If you're a real car guy, you wouldn't let something like traffic stop you from buying a stick. The only thing you can get away with is if you get SMG, DSG, DCT . But every other auto is just too boring.

 

I did notice this too, my brothers G35 coupe is manual, and its very soft.
