Trust me I know EVERY canyon in Malibu, Ive been carving them longer than you've been driving. Set this meet up, watch the turn out, I doubt it'll be any better than the last Castaic Lake meet.

People want to experience new spots. Driving thru a canyon with 10+ cars is pointless.... In total i can recall 5 members now who have blown their tires/bent their wheels going thru canyons in the last 2 canyon run meets, do to simple issues such as; no experience ditching objects/rocks/rough roads and not being able to properly take a turn.

 

okay so you know decker like the back of your hand...? psh alright buddy. why come in here after people say they want to set up a meet and then your saying lets change it...? doesnt make much sense... Then saying that you run canyons so much you wouldnt want to do it again at a meet...? Then why do you go every weekend?

 

And I hope you realize the more of these pointless poor turn out meets we have, the more sh*tty the turn outs will become in future meets. I know how this works very well.

 

IMO...malibu is great but narrow at times....I know its far but Palomar has nice open roads and not to many bicycles......can go for miles....big loops...but then again its pretty far.... and the fas guys like nemesis have to know the routes..so the fas guys can lead..I kind of know some of the routes but not all...there's a **** load....but i cant drive as hard as nemesis...as far as i seen...so I not leading....oh well jus trying to change the location so I jus wanted to bla bla bla

 

Alright guys chill i say we go through the canyons and faster cars up front and the people that want to chill can sit in the back and cruise...i know im a be cruising this time since i already rock chipped my front bumper...im just gonna cruise bump some tunes and enjoy it...whoever wants to be up ahead and speed through turns its fine with me...and yeah we could do this begining of may or have more cars and plan this out better in the end of May cuz i know must of the drivers are college students and finals are coming up soon

 

im up to somewhere else but i think santa monica is kinda pointless.. the drive sucks going out there and the 405 is a extremely SH!TTY free way... anyone who is lowered is not gonna have fun with the dips on there... What makes you think a hooter s meet is gonna be so much better?

Because having the same meet over and over again is boring and extremely annoying.

Like I've already mentioned, going out on the weekend alone and not having to worry about unexperienced drivers, such as yourself crashing, is a lot more reassuring to a successfully fun canyon run. Also it draws less attention and gives more room for error, encase anything does happen.

Like i said, set this meet up, watch it fail....I wont be there to watch, but you can tell me all about it.

sky made this thread and he is organizing this...let him decide where to go, if you wanna come then come, if not then don't, simple as that. Let's just agree on Malibu, santa monica is boring. We can also take the canyons from valley circle in the Calabases, and it leads down to PCH in Malibu....

Better yet lets have a meet at willow springs and see who is the better driver never even met me and your making assumptions... kinda pathetic. If your not interested in the meet take your ignorance somewhere else

 

You realize you dont have to go anywhere near the 405....You can take PCH all the way there and turn out 3 blocks from Hooters.

We can meet anywhere near PCH and all cruise together. All im saying is Canyon runs are pointless if you're planning to cruise thru them....I can cruise the BLVD and not have to worry about blind turns and other mishaps.
