Glad there is a TSB for this that noise is annoying. My basic warranty just expired 9 days ago, my other warranties are still up to date.

Most TSBs applied outside of the standard warranty are done by the dealer's discretion. Since you're close to being out of warranty, it is definitely worth it to see if they will good-will it. It's a relatively quick fix. Maybe take it in for service at the same time so it seems you're throwing them some business?
