2010 G37S Coupe Intelligent Keyless Entry issue

Hello, around one month ago I got the new 2010 Infiniti Coupe G37S w/ Nav, Sport, Premium Package and I have a minor issue with the Intelligent Keyless Entry. At times I would get in the car and there would be a "no key" message in the front. Usually, if I wait maybe 10 seconds I could start the car. However, this is really annoying and I went to the dealer and of course they are no help. I need some advice or perhaps a fix.

Please, help!!!

Have you tried using the other smart key to see if it gives you the same problem with start up?
I haven't had any problems with the smart key, with my 2010.

do you have alot of crap in your pockets, like keys, camera, cell phone stuff like that.

I noticed if i have my keys and camera in my pocket its like too much and blocks the signal, as soon as i shift stuff around in my pocket its good to go.

I tried changing the battery and using the other key. But same issue. One dealer said it might be programed incorrectly but is that true? Hmm I hate that I have an issue and while others don't. Anyways, thx for the replies. Please, make further suggestions thank you.

Same thing happens to me from time to time... Nothing in my pocket except for my keys. I just wait a few seconds or shift the keys in my pocket and the car starts.

I keep my ikey clipped on my belt loop. that way no interference and I always know where it is.

I might sound crazy here but i used to notice this happening a lot. Even went to the dealer and they changed the battery out for me for free. However, it still happened. For any reason do you put the key in your left or right pocket? I used to put it in my left, and now i switched to the right. Solved the problem a lot. I don't know maybe im just finally starting to really loose it or something, but try giving that a shot if you put it in your left pocket.

I haven't had a problem and I always put the key in my left pocket, because my cell phone is in my right pocket.

Mine does that too. Idk why, and I keep nothing else in my pockets. I keep replacing batteries, but it seems like the key is running out of battery too quickly.
