FX Changes for 2011....

Well good news for those of you that didn't wait to get the 2011 and took advantage of the savings on the year end 2010's... there is not much changing...

2011 Infiniti FX

What’s new

A revised lineup of packages and the introduction of a standard power liftgate (late availability) highlight the changes for the new model year.

An upgraded Premium Package simplifies the packages for 2011 FX35. The Premium Package now includes all the features of the previous Navigation Package — Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System, 9.3GB Music Box®, streaming audio via Bluetooth®, and Around View Monitor (AVM).

To make it easier for customers to appreciate the value of the V8-powered FX50, the base price is lowered. FX50 now comes standard with 20-inch 5-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels with P265/50-20 all-season tires and black lacquer interior trim. A new Deluxe Touring Package for V8 models includes the features that were previously standard on FX50 — 21-inch wheels with P265/45-21 all-season tires, aluminum pedals, and maple interior accents.

The other significant change for 2011 is that a power rear liftgate will be standard on all FX models (late availability). This popular convenience feature is optional on many competitors.

Yeah, I don't know why they decided to wait till 2011 to offer them. It is almost a standard item on most every other suv. They should have added them to the EX, not sure what the thought process was there.

EX is fine b/c of how lite the liftgate is. It's price shopping my friend. And if you ever get rear ended with a rear liftgate, it's prone that it won't open after the accident... (hint hint*** selling points)
