my Dad got him self a 09 fx35.....he loves the sound of my g37 with the fi cf exhaust and wants something on his fx now, i looked but found nothing. if there are any exhausts please posts name or links thanks

 

i had to tweak a few pipes to get the exhaust installed onto the FX. just go to a good exhaust shop to get it done. it's close but it's not a hard job to get an exhaust onto the FX.

 

i would like to know if anyone else has the exhaust installed.
some advices on what brand or custom would be nice.
oh, one more thing to ask, if i can find an exhaust that fits on the older fx, could it be possible to fix the 09?

The 09 fx seems to have lost the majority of its exhaust note. Am i correct? I mean the old one sounded like the g35c, I would have thought the new one would sound like the g37c but I hardly hear anything.

 

they went more mainstream to lure other customers... you can always add an aftermarket exhaust if you want to go louder.... only 12% of clients will modify their cars.

it's a significantly softer ride from the previous FX too, which people also do want

 

Nothing a good exhaust fabrication shop can't do.. Just have the mufflers ordered from Fast Intentions IMO
