as some of you know I had a tint through this guy in the NE area and to make a long story short..its a sh*tty job...(ie: windows squeek horrifically and he burnt into my door panels..)

so ive been calling him for weeks on end every day--hes clearly avoiding me.
finally, I call from one of the many phones since he wont pick up to my phone and he answers. Taken back that its me, he tells me hes goin on vacation for the next 2 weeks so im asking if i can make an appointment now.."sorry man, I dont have my book with me, im at lunch"..figures..
Tells me to call back...I do..no answer. I start calling again and he answers.
we schedual it for today when he gets back from his trip.


heres the new information....

so I get at the place he wants to meet at (hes mobile) and the owner asks whats goin on and i tell him im meeting his friend the tint guy here.
he has no clue of course..so now im worried...
I call him--no answer.
call again, no answer. so i leave a viocemail letting him know im there and waiting.
Wait half and hour and now im real worried..
call again...wont answer so then I go to the shop owner and ask if he could call him in which he does...

low and fu*ckin behold...the tint guy picks up!!!
they start talking and they got off the phone, the owner tells me to call him back later since hes in Mass right now...
****ing BS!!!!

so I start calling him right there so I can get in touch and make an appointment...AGAIN
no answer!!!!!
Ive called him several timese since then and no answer...
absolutly ridiculous.

and im being very nice about this...he burnt into my doors and I was going to let it slide...but fu*ck that! hes replacing those on my brand new car and fixing the damn windows!!

sorry this is so long...im just so..frustrated..

any ideas what I should do since he obiosly wont come and get in touch with me...

now I posted this on the general section on g35driver but I wanted to get the teams take on this.

should I just bring him to court? I just dont know what to do...
