Carbon fiber radiator shroud is a direct replacement with PERFECT fitment. There is no core exchange for the Brake & Battery covers. They are caps that are attached with heavy duty 3m double-sided sticky tape. No core exchange required.

Nope not fake! Our molds are made of carbon. The carbon is shiny because of the detailed smooth mold that is being used. Take a look at our other pictures and see that the weaves in the carbon that cross and overlap each other are very compact. With the dry carbon autoclave process that we undergoe, much more compaction can be achieved, producing a stronger bond which is military approved. Take a look and see that the compaction makes the carbon fiber FLAT! With a "wet laid" process as seen on many carbon fiber hoods, trunks, ect., you will notice the weave is not compact, so it doesnt create that strong bond. You will notice that there is a THICK layer of clear coat in which most times the manufacture overseas sprays on top of the carbon fiber to hide flaws. That process takes alot of man hours to spray clear coat, then wetsand, then clear coat, then wetsand, to make the product smooth. You are then left with a product does not have a strong carbon compaction bond topped with clearcoat. Over time, the clearcoat will Yellow.

Here is a autoclaved compaction carbon fiber product by Status Elite versus that of a Noble M12, that I personally took last week.
