jims a good guy. I know its holiday season so that could be it. he is a legit dude as is showstoppers. sometimes when you are the 1st or 2nd person to get a product not all the bugs are worked out.

i dont know whats going on but chucks been telling me your handling this shipment or what not...and everytime he tells me he will call me back he never does
how hard is it to track a shipment?
i ship out shipments to my clients through fedex, UPS, Private Freights, other company freights and as soon as i get a request for status i get back to my clients in less than 10 minutes. im not a noob when it comes to that and ive been patient jim
i hope i can get an answer on where my shipment is cause im this close to cancelling the order and get a refund. this is taking way too long and i'd appreciate it if you guys can be straight forward and give me a unified answer on whats going on, because im hearing different things.
