We appreciate your patience. We had a minor issue with our wiring supplier and they sent us the wrong stuff. So, we are getting the new wire in the next day or two and these will be sent out immediately.

A lot of you have already received your kits and the rest of the kits will be leaving our shop as soon as possible.

Email confirmation says it'll be $99.90 and the Coupon Code: GRNDKITGB is expired. True?

 

It looks like the coupon expired prematurely.. It will run through the 30th, I've made the changes, and also updated your order, so if you hit order status from that email, you'll see the revised amounts. $69.95 shipped..

I want to order this set, I was ready to place an order for Black Betty's but this price is hard to beat for this set of cables.

BUT, I need to know if you are going to honor the $69 shipped to me downhere in Puerto Rico. Just in case, I can use any of your shipping method, but I would like to know first.

I "love" how you are so helpful with ordering issues, making it easier for the customer to get an order placed (thereby getting business from us), but post-sales service seems to be lacking.

 

wrathletik1.. I can appreciate your thoughts, but I assure you, my presence here is not intended to just sell more grounding kits, it's to hopefully interact and answer questions, especially related to STILLEN products.. we never like to have orders pending..
