Definitely it depends on where you live, right? In SoCal there is no way you are gonna pass smog with these. When i lived in the OC, i had to keep my stock intake to re-install when it was time for the smog for the ride I had previous to the G. I live (for the time being) in Huntsville, AL where it seems that you can do just about anything you want, based on some of the hideous looking (and sounding) beaters that I see cruising around town everyday

 

According to JWT, they are now CARB certified in California as of July 24, 2008. I have a copy of Executive Order D-244-7. They will mail you a sticker with proof of purchase.

 

Nice! how do you get it? do i need to contact JWT directly for that?

 

Just spoke to JWT about CARB stickers. I will be emailing them a list of all previous shipped orders and they will mail the sticker to you guys. Orders which have not left yet, will be included w/ the intake.

after 7 sec press down for 10 sec... and it will blink....
wait 10 sec... and press down for 10 sec and it will blink faster.
turn off your car and turn your engine back on.
it should take no longer than 42 sec.
