yup youll be able to hear it but you have to pay attention ,,, the exhaust is very loud ,,, but still the intakes are noticable,,,,

yup! i know MGS4 will be badass stillballin,, i pre ordered it a looonnngg timmeeee agooo ,, ill post videos as soon as i can guys ,, will try the MGS4 first

 

and btw FYI ,, i have some minor scraping from steep driveways from the htechs ,, i think its because of my greddy exhaust ,, good thing its not the pipe itself but (uhhhhh so hard to describe ) the piece of metal that is surrounding the pip e itself ,, sorry guys for the not so clear explanation

ok so whats going on with pricing and dynos........ i WANT TO SEE DYNOS ASAP before the injen gets here so i know what to do

 

pricing I saw somewhere for 320 (I believe on Jim Wolfs web site)

 

damn it what should i go for pop charger or cai.......

 

I am in the same boat as you, but this is what I narrowed it down to....

Injen-
Pros- Performance gains are better
Cons- Installation, Cleaning filters, Price

JWT Pop Charger-
Pros- Price, Easy Installation and cleaning of filters.
Cons- No dyno or gains yet

From previous Z and G models that had this product, it produced 6-8 hp with ONE intake.

 

so were llooking at at 12-14 hp gain ?

Group buy talk is way early. Any gains made by this intake right now are purely speculative.

I believe JWT dynoed it with a little over 5 or 6 hp increase. They say that it is difficult to make alot of power because the dual throttle bodies are so efficiant.

 

After seeing the dynos with one pop charger on the Z, it produced 4-6 hp. With a dual set up, I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a 6-8 hp increase.

 

We have to keep in mind that much of that extra power that they would normaly have been able to unlock has already been unlocked with the oem setup save a cai. But if they can get 4-6 across the powerband it would still be nice. 6-8 will be a pleasant surprise.
