We are pleased to announce that Stop Tech has released their G37C Big Brake Kit and it is in stock now! They had them fitted to a couple of demonstartion cars at SEMA, and they look impressive.

Front Rotors are a MASSIVE 15 inch 380mm 6 piston caliper
Rear Rotors are 14 inch/355/4 piston caliper

The kits are available in both RED or BLACK calipers, and come with slotted or drilled rotors. As always, they are 100% complete with rotors and hats preassembled, calipers, brackets, pads, lines, and all hardware needed for installation. They will clear nearly any wheel that will clear the stock sport calipers.

Can you post up a list of what existing exhausts work with the G37? I am impatient and I don't want the Stillen exhaust so I would like to know what options are out there for us.

G35 Coupe exhausts currently bolt righ up, but you have to use a G35 rear sway bar. That is the only difference.

So the kit will fit 18" wheels during winter time with snow tires?

 

That I am not sure of. If the 18'inch wheels will clear your factory big brakes, then most like they will. But for now, the fitment requires 19 inch or larger wheels, until someone tests them on 18 inchers.

Yah... how's the performance compared to the akabono set up? 60-0, 80-0, fade?

 

I am working on some pics...and a customer to test fit a set for parts at our cost.

 

Brake comparos are notorious filled with error and uncertainty. Stopping distances are just one element, and its not uncommon to see only marginal reductions in stopping distances. Feel, initial bite, pedal modulation, release characteristics, and fade resistance are other factors to keep in mind.

Of course for a street car, this system would be complete overkill. But they look incredible!!
