I live South and have used Infiniti of Oceanside (ask for Gonzo or Robin) if you don't mind driving a bit.

I have also noticed that the Nissan Dealers can do alot of the standard maintenance work for about 25% less than Infiniti.

Oceanside is a long drive for me, but I have visited Tustin Infiniti, they are close. I was a long time customer of Riverside Infiniti. When they closed, I followed my service advisor of 10 years to Tustin Infiniti for a few months, then Ontario Infiniti where he was a Serivice Manager. But last year he moved to Florida! :-( Would you know of an independent shop in the OC area?
