Recommend - Tustin Infiniti

My radio switching button on the steering wheel wasn't working correctly. It wouldn't switch out of channel 1 after staying on ch1 for a few seconds. The sequence was wrong too. For exmaple, I it would go ch1 -> ch2 -> ch3 -> then back to ch1 as opposed to ch4. Same thing with ch4-5-6. After ch6, it goes back to ch4. The problem had persisted for a few weeks but I just didn't have the time to bring it to the dealer.

Last Friday, I called the neighboring dealers close to me, made an appointment with Tustin Infiniti and dropped the car off this morning on the way to work. Met with Melissa, who was very friendly and professional. She reassured me my car wouldn't be washed with multiple notes (after I had requested the no-wash) and explained everything she's going to do to have the issue looked at. Picked up the loaner and I was on my way.

Around noon, I spoke to her again on the phone and she informed me the radio issue's been fixed. No problem. I had some other trim repair I wanted her to take a look at. She took the time to track it down and even overnighted some parts in for me from Tennessee because I'm going out of the country Thursday night and would like the car back asap.

Overall, I would definitely go back there again. She took the time and effort to make sure you're taken care of. Keeps you informed and addresses your concerns directly. I know a lot of guys in So Cal are looking for a good, honest dealership for service and warranty work, I would give Tustin a call and ask for Melissa.

In my experience this dealership seems to overcharge for many of their services compared to other dealers. I was quoted 200 dollars more to install a part here compared to the dealer at Glendale. Maybe the quality of service here is better, which may explain the inflated prices?

Quality of service and price rarely have a correlation. I'm hoping that Tustin is getting their act together, although I don't have high hopes since it is an autonation dealership.

Just went here today to get some work done on my car. Had a paint peeling issue on the joint of my front bumper and front fender, but some body shop took pics and they're sending them over to Infiniti to have them looked at. Not sure what the outcome will be! I also had a lot of squeaky noise from my non-sport brakes, which Melissa tried to get repaired for me, but couldn't because I had all of the updated hardware. Last, but not least, I got the ITB done for the jerky 7at transmission..now it's smooth like buttah. Melissa was awesome to work with, but I never saw I ride G there?

+1 on melissa.

I stopped going to tustin due to the prices of their services being a bit higher than cerritos, and I did not feel like their service was anything special. However, I went back for my last oil change since i got a free oil change coupon from them, and melissa (my 1st time with her) helped me out. just like ucla's experience, she went out of her way to help me with my requests, did the brake tsb (mine were squeaking) and found a rear diff leak, which was replaced under warranty.

thumbs up for melissa.

Damn, nice! I got squeaky *** brakes too, but they couldn't do anything about it. I guess they have fixes for the sport brakes, but none for the non-sport brakes? She told me there was a bulletin for it but that it was normal :P
