San Diego or Vegas?

Has anyone stayed at Paradise Point in San Diego? It's on a little island, seems kinda tropical but not sure if it's all that's made up to be. Anyone know the area?

Any recommendation on what to do in SD? Last time I was there, I went to Sea World, which was cool, won a giant 50in dolphin for the GF but I'm sure SD has more to offer than Sea World.

Come to SD Bruin, its amazing! There is tons of great stuff to do!

Wild Animal Park
Hiking in Torrey Pines
Going to the Beach
Downtown Night Life
Boating/Jet Skiing on the Bay
Great Food

Paradise point is like 3 mins from my house. lol I have never been there, but I'm sure you will love it. You will be right by Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, where there are tons of restaurants, bars, and beachy stuff to do.

paridise point is REALLY great man I stayed there with my family last summer. They just renovated the rooms I think. You'll have a lot of fun especially if you go jetskiing and everything in the water.

If your going to go to the downtown area I recommend Cafe Sevilla to eat. Everything is GREAT.

Go Navy!!

When my family has gone to San Diego we have made all efforts to tie these points into our tours, lower cost than the theme parks and cool historical themes.
The naval base is free, the best value for your hard earned $$$'s, cash in on some of your tax dollars.

Take care and have "lots-O-funs".

Visit a Navy Base
To see working military ships, visit Naval Station San Diego. The base offers prearranged ship tours to the public. The type of ship you will tour depends on the ships in port and security restrictions at the time of your visit. To arrange for a tour, contact the Naval Surface Forces Public Affairs office from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call at least one month before your visit for the best chance of arranging a tour. Naval Station San Diego 3455 Senn Rd. San Diego, CA 92136-5190 619-437-2735

And check these out

sup ucla bruin how long you gonna be down here? if youve got enough time AFTER you've visited all the major places, here are some easy going places to take pictures with your GF and look at the majestic coast/ocean:

(best places to sit back and unwind, since its not so active. just alota looking)
•Cabrillo national park [point Loma/$5 pass, good for the whole week]

•Sea Port Village [Downtown Area/2hr free-parking with validation of ticket]
no piture but there are lots of little shops, ben and jerry ice cream place just check it out and walk around.
•La Jolla Coves [Downtown La Jolla/side-street]

•Sunset Cliffs [Pont Loma/side-street or cliff parking]
no pictures but the whole area lines the cliffs but the ocean so you can picture that. great for sunsets(hence the name).

^^^
This place is actually next to UCSD its a 3min walk and if u know any students that graduated from there they should know where it is. its not just students over there each evening, there are many locals (residence) as well as students. usually 6-12 people will be there for sunset.

if you need help finding these areas just send me a message and ill be happy to help u find them!

Live in SD?

Only in my dreams "me spot on Gods marble" has an X in SD, it just feels right down there, hoping you find your perfect tour.

Take care and smiles all around.
