Hey all, a bunch of us are getting together down at Qualcomm Stadium for an end of the year G/Z meet. You don't have to feel obligated to race, last count I think less than half of us actually are. Don't be afraid to join us if your car is stanced, as like I said, most people are just parking hard. The only thing we ask is try and make sure your car is reasonably clean, we secured VIP parking up in vendor row (basically, we're right up front).

Tickets are $8.00 to spectate, or $30.00 to race and spectate. For those of you in the military, MWR also sells the RaceLegal tickets for $5.50 and $25.00, respectively. Helmets are required for all racers, and rentals are available at the track for $20.00, or you may bring your own.
For those of you that don't know about RaceLegal, it's an 1/8 mile temporary drag strip set up at Qualcomm Stadium. It's run every other Friday at 6:00PM and runs to midnight.
You can bring your own food and drink, or they sell burgers and some other typical BBQ stuff over near the vendor stands.
Lastly, the entrance is at the end of Mission Village Dr., and there are onramps from Friars Rd. Entry is through the normal gates to the stadium. See here.

I will be there, not to race just spectate with voltic.

 

There's no meet/prestage for the group, just come on down at around 6PM and we will be toward the front. Mostly G35's but you will see a few of us 37's there. See you there!

 

We are at 20 attendees so far, let's see some more G37's!

Like I said, racing is by no means necessary and only a handful of us have plans to do so - most are spectating. It's all about having fun and meeting other G owners. See you guys down there!

Also, we're planning a Saturday or Sunday morning Julian breakfast run if anyone is interested. Details TBD, probably 7-8am timeframe.

Good stuff! We've got so many people coming we're not sure we can really fit everyone in the front/VIP parking area at this point - we've got 21 people on the list already.
