San Diego, CA: Best Infiniti dealer service station?

San Diego G owners:

In your opinion, what dealer provides the best service: Kearny Mesa, Carlsbad, or Escondido?

Just want to know so I could get my TSB addressed.

Thank you.

I wasn't sure if I liked Kearny Mesa at first, but I really haven't had any issues with them. They actually replaced my seat upholstery for the bubbling issue along with my messed up kick plates... the seat they had to send pictures off to Big Infiniti, but I can't really blame them for that. I think they do quality service, my seat hasn't had an issue since.

There's been a lot of horror stories from Kearny Mesa Infinity, but I personally haven't had any issues with them. The others are too far for me to try.

Kearny Mesa also replaced my seat upholstery under warranty with no hassle at all.

Has anybody had a bad experience with KM Infiniti? I bought my ride there, and they were alright, but just want to get feedback on the service department.

Thanks.

I take my car there cause it's the closest to me. Lately they've been doing well it seems.

I ALWAYS make sure to tell them "NO WASH" and also "NO TEST DRIVE" as they scraped my front lip going out of the driveway one time. I repeat these two requests at least twice everytime I go there to ensure they let the service guys know. Because of this I shouldn't have to worry about swirl marks or scrapes. Once they're done doing my oil changes and stuff they drive the car to the front and never off the lot.

Do they do an inadequate wash?...resulting in swirl/scratches?

I just have to get my Nav system updated for the iPod/iPhone issue. I heard its a CD/DVD-ROM upgrade. They can't mess that up?...right.

I bought my car there, and it was generally a good experience. When I went to the service department to get new license plate bolts, I wasn't too impressed with the tech that I talked to. The bolts that came with the car were loose and there license plate frame scuffed up my bumper due to it flapping. I'm assuming the service department put this on when they received the car.

I will never again take my car to this place. I bought my car in Orange county but i live down here in sd now. Took my car in for its 1st oil change. A week later i was getting my exhaust and sway bars put on and the mechanic at corner 3 tells me to take a look. The MTF dealer tech monkeys thought my windage tray just needed 2 of the plastic bolts to hold itself on and not the 6 that it came with. On top of that waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change is not acceptable, when the car is returned missing pieces. And no i also did not opt for the car wash, but they proceeded to wash and scratch my black car anways. Horrible service from uniformed service adivisors and ****ty *** sales people. I will never give them any of my business.

On another note - where is a good place, in San Diego, to get tires mounted and balanced on aftermarket wheels?
