a friends car got stolen, help

POST FROM ED, GM at MACKIN INDUSTRIES

Hi Everyone - Steve Lim, who works at Mackin Industries recently got car jacked. The car in question is a FD3S RX-7 - alot of parts on the car are fairly rare and recognizable - We're asking for everyone's help in keeping an eye out for either the car or the parts.

Out of all the people I know, there is nobody that works harder and goe...s the extra mile to help people out. I"m sure many of you have been the recipient of Steve's personal generosity and he never asks for anything from anybody.

I hope we can all try to return the love he gives to us and our industry by doing our best to search through forums, craigslist, ebay, and so forth to catch the guy that did this and bring him to justice.

PLEASE HELP: Stolen 1993 Mazda RX-7 FD3S | Miscellaneous Blog at Import Tuner Magazine

Pictures of the car - along with a list of the parts that were on the car are on the link provided. Thank you.

If anyone see's the car or parts listed on ebay or craigslist, please pm me.

thank you

I saw this on FB, too. I've seen the car in person in the past. I cannot believe some low life would steal the car from Steve.

I hope they recover the FD... it truly is one of the best Japanese classics to date.

Hope it gets found... Like in a cool way too.
Couple of tuner dudes see it on the road and
chase it down, get BLUE in on the tail and nail this SOB.

There must have been some kind of prior communication between the seller and the thief I assume Cell phone trace? Email trace?

Sick car, shietty situation.

I'll keep my eyes and ears opened.

couldve even been "e-stalked" on forums..you know ppl probably lurk here and see what mods you have in your signature and then it's easy as pie to go to the "meet ups" and get your plate or follow you home...

call me paranoid.

What the hell??? That's horrible. I'm sure he got a good look at the guy, is there a description? Steve is definitely a good person and did not deserve this. I hope they find the bastard.
