Premarinated FTW! I do a Korean BBQ thing for our multicultural event at work every year and it'd be a bitch if I had to marinate all that by myself. Man, I think I'll be down for this (assuming I remember it's on May 23rd). Unless a huge mob shows up, I'm thinking you'll have plenty of leftovers.
