I've marinated over 200lbs of KBBQ a couple years ago for my church's event. hahaha

Have fun with those... unless you're buying the pre-marinated ones.

 

200lbs x 4 strips of lateral cut korean bbq = 800 pieces.

Premarinated FTW! I do a Korean BBQ thing for our multicultural event at work every year and it'd be a bitch if I had to marinate all that by myself. Man, I think I'll be down for this (assuming I remember it's on May 23rd). Unless a huge mob shows up, I'm thinking you'll have plenty of leftovers.
