Dealership Issues.. Need input (KINGS INFINITI SUCKS)
Just to set the record straight, this is not true. In order to "replace" the window motors, the dealership would have to buy the motors from IofA. They would have to return two broken/defective motors to get the purchased motors replaced by IofA. If there aren't any broken/defective motors, there is nothing for the dealership to send to IofA. Without IofA receiving the broken/defective motors, IofA will not reimburse the dealer for the warranty repair.
Ultimately, the dealership is a privately owned business, and reserves the right to refuse service.
I don't see why they would though; its stupid to lose a paying customer, as long as there is profit involved for the dealer...
