Assist the executive, jk I don't know but I'm imagining Anne Hathaway's job from Devil Wears Prada.

The Executive Assistants where I work seriously just assist their own Executive. They set up meetings/sort out important emails from not so important emails/attend meetings with the execs to take notes/answer phone calls/answer emails on behalf of their execs/and are usually tall and blonde with bolt-ons

With your bio background, medical techs are still in demand. Respiratory therapists are also doing well. With the aging population, everyone's gonna need them sooner or later!

Both require more school though. Ever consider going back for a couple years?
