Just called Glendale Infiniti and they said that there is a red flag on my car so that no dealership will work on it fukkkkkk that i called Infiniti Consumer Affairs they said a service specialist will call me back by Monday and let me know more...I swear this is so ****ing gayyy not to mention the fact that they laughed at me at Miller Infiniti saying they know what im up too. if only those idiots had half a brain to see how much i love this car and work my *** off everyday just to pay for it and create meets for fellow g members here in socal to go on canyon cruises the stupid smile on their faces would be wiped off

This is strange...you are under warranty with stock intakes and yet they assumed something was tampered with...how exactly did they come to that conclusion? I suggest you start writing some letters...documentation is always key in a law suit.

first they ran a diagnostic and it stats that while the car was running the air sensor was plugged out then back in. Who the **** in the world would do that? my car was in a private bank plaza for ten minutes and the rest of the time i was driving. i dont know about the lawsuit because they made me sign the service sheet saying it was tampered and said as soon as i sign it theyll bring my car to me..BTW im only 20 years old if that helps..they probably just saw a young guy and automatically started bull****ting

What do you have done under your hood? I think I remember at one time you had "Enough under the hood LOL" in your sig if I'm not mistaken Maybe whatever you had done might've made something go a little hay-wire? Hopefully the issue gets resolved.

He would have noticed a problem before he took it in for service the first time. Obviously they didnt make any notes in their system when he dropped it off. I doubt he messed with the MAFS just to take it right back up there.

Like i usually say, If you tell him you'll file a compliant...you better follow through and do it.

Just handle it with HQ and see what happens.............and why in the world would you sign the papers the dealer asked you to.............i would never done that..........that's not right at all

he's 20 and was aggrevated so he just wanted his car back, but this will be ur downfall since signing you did tamper with it they can then use that against you. i agree with others, pursue this whole ordeal thoroughly and if it's flagged... ask some of the shop guys on here and see if they can look up ur car for you, perhaps it was jsut a ploy and ur car really isnt flagged
