Walk To Cure Diabetes
Should be a great day at Dodger stadium, no matter the amount help support us and help cure diabetes. "Every dollar counts"
I will also be doing another walk the following saturday at UCI.
Not sure what type 1 diabetes is come out, hangout and join us in working on a cure. With my daughter developing this almost a year ago I was blind to what diabetes was? now I have dug in and tried to learn as much as possible. It has also made me aware of what we eat and how bad some food really is.......

I'll definitely be there. It's a pretty busy day at work for me since it's the 1st of the month, but I'm gonna try my hardest to be there. My dad has diabetes and it has slowly gotten a bit worse over the years, and my uncle developed it as well. I know I am at high risk for it since it is common in my family. Thanks for posting this

Thanks. I think most everyone has a friend or loved one with diabetes at some point in their life. I'll dontate a few bucks on your behalf and challenge everyone els who's able to do the same - even if it's only $5 it's for a worthy cause.
Yeah any little bit helps guys... Like Betty said, almost EVERYONE has been affected by Diabetes in one way or another... It's not fun...

very true also.............its not fun, my daughter gets her insulin shot after every meal breaks my heart.........its life changing but its amazing, actually my daughter is amazing.

Your cellular phone donation can help generate much needed funds for JDRF!
That old cell phone can be used to help fight juvenile diabetes. JDRF will receive a monetary donation for each used cell phone donated.
Collection bins will be located at the registration area for the L.A. Walk to Cure Diabetes at Dodger Stadium on November 1st.
For large donations, please call Frances at 213-233-9908 for pickup.
Your donation is tax-deductible.
Donation receipts can be picked up on site.
