So I'm drooling now over... the G37 and... the Evo X.

Couple days ago, one the way home from work, I see a Dropped Evo X w/ Bronze Volks, and I just drooled...

Tonight I got bored So I hopped onto myg37 and I started to browse the Volk g37 wheel thread and damn you guys. You guys make me want to trade in my 03 6MT G35 for one. I'm sitting here now contemplating if I should or not.

I think I've done too much to just part out the car and get a new one. But when I see a clean G37 w/ just a drop and Rims, it makes me want one so bad.

So here's my solutions.

Part my car 2003 G35 Coupe 6mt Laser Red, which currently has... TS Front, Impul Skirts (from my homie Eric aka SurfaceModz), Function and Form Type II Coilovers, SPC Rear Camber Kit, Megan Racing Front Camber Kit, Motordyne 1/2 inch spacer, HKS Exhaust, Gold Volk SF-Winnings Front 19x9.5 (+19 offset) Rear 19x10.5 (+17 offset), Pioneer Avic z1 DD, Momo Steering wheel (w/ NRG quick release which is not installed yet), and a Titanium Shift **** which is faded lol, which reminds me I want the THX one or reburn this one.

and get a...

G37 Sport 6mt w/ Prem. and Nav. Package w/ Rear spoiler.

or Get a Evo X

or get a R6.

Now I know the problem is this.

If I get a G37, I'm going to say - "I'm just going to get Coilovers, Front and rear Camber kits, and Volks, and call it." But the bug is eventually going to bite and I want more.

i was in the same boat as you before i got my g37. i was debating over the evo x or the g37.....i say go for the g37....you wont regret it. if you want to be a boy racer getting little girls, go for the evo, but if you want to be a man and get women than go for the g37.

 

It will be hard for U to stop modding this car.. It has so so much potential..

 

Everyone on here is going to say go for the G37S, me included. I came from a 03 6MT G35 and I love this car.

 

I also had a G35, (Turbotom on G35driver), and I decided to upgrade to the G37. The G35 is a nice car, and I still like the looks of the 35 better, but overall the 37 is a much better car.

I don't think you would be happy with an Evo X coming from a G35, they may be faster, but it is still a boy racer car. Aside from the power, I'm not a fan of the EvoX.

you should part your car and get the g37, if you really want it that bad... you've probably spent a lot of money on modding it, but eventually it's going to be outdated

i'm sure down the road when the g37 is replaced, we'll all want that too

so in the end, get the g37!

 

I'm stuck in a hole. I would really like the g37 but I'm looking into all my financial things and to be honest it's not a really smart move. But what makes me want it more and more is because of the roof in the 2003 G's are badddd and today my passenger side window motor just died. I like the evo a lot as well, but I positive I'm going to hate the inside.
