Searching for a shop that will install my Berk HFC's in the 626 area

I'm in West Covina (626), but I wouldn't mind making a drive 50-100 miles if the guys are reputable and do a good job. Valley muffler has turned me down saying its not legal, and F1 motorsports is unsure (??)

Please throw out some more suggestions so I can give em a call

Thanks for the help.

I've had them work on my old Accord before and they worked on my friend's Integra back in the day. Usually I would go to Valley Muffler, but since they refuse to do it, Mike's would be my next shop to ask.

Changing out the CAT is illegal (for some reason) unless there are over 80,000 miles on the car, the CATs are damaged, or the CATs are missing. It is some environmental law I hear.
