He doesn't. I can attest to that. He has tunnel vision and looks straight ahead, so you literally have to do donuts in front of him in order to get his attention.
maybe your windows are just too dark and he doesn't see you.. especially with his windows, and his decreased vision wearing big, dark shades all the time.. =P
saw a black 37 coupe with a wing, stock rims, tints, yesterday in yucca valley(palm springs area) in my neigbors driveway..only reason i mentioned this is because it is very, very , i mean very rare to see an infiniti (let alone 37 coupes or sedans) out here..if ur on here hit me up

haha, my tint isn't that dark. plus, it's the car you should notice, not the person in it. i do agree though, his shades look dark as ****.
saw an AG on the 14 North passed Pearblossom Hwy thursday 630pm. He had a Big G37S license plate holder just incase u miss the G37S on his bumper, i didn't say hi since i was on my bike and he'd prolly get scared i was trying to smash his windows or something...
